I was looking for a peaceful retreat and truly got what I looked for. This property is close... read more to the murguma dam, the cool, pleasant breeze of the water adds to the flavour of the place. We stayed in the beautifully decorated tent, with all modern amenities. This resort which is the first to setup here, engaged locals, which is something good for the locality, helped the area to develop and also got us the chance to interact with these simple, honest people. Surrounding hills, serene waters, colourful trees, streams makes this place for repeated visits. We were extremely lucky to have PD (owner) as our host during our stay. Thank you you Bon palashi.

With its serene... read more atmosphere, this resort is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and connect with nature.A special mention to the bonfire evening along with bamboo chicken an absolute must-try! The resort property is within close proximity to the Muruguma Dam and the Sunset Point: my personal favourite.Falguni uncle guided us through the entire trip to visit the different sites: marble lake,upper dam/lower dam,bamni falls,etc
.Jaladhar Dadu ,the senior most at the Bon Palashi will be hard to forget with his cooling presence .We would re visit this place sometime in monsoons and in the winters again and explore the hidden gems of nature ,it's the virginity of the place which we would explore.And lastly,the food especially the mutton truly came from the heart to our stomach.
Highly recommended for adding it to your itinerary.

Such an amazing place , away from hustle and bustle . My family with 9 members stayed in their luxury tents for 2 nights. The resort is a nice, serene place with fantastic scenic beauty. Wow to the cleanliness and maintenance of entire campus. The resort is boosting the local economy by generating employment of around 15 people.
If you are ready to take a stroll in the verdant valleys, uphill or downhill there are endless waves of Palash flowers (Butea gum). The Palash flowers, bearing a dazzling orange-yellow shade and resembling a fire, provide the general term for the tree as Flame of the forest. You get the perks of having your own lawn with a massive view of hillocks and Palash. The views from the resort are simply beautiful and mesmerising, you just cannot ever be disappointed for as far as your eyes can see. Purulia has verdant hills and hillock scattered around its length and breadth along with a lush green canvas of forest and vegetation. I must mention the presence of birds all around including the call of peacock. The famous Muruguma dam is few minutes’ walk from the property. This is one of best value resorts in Ajodhya Hill. A highly desirable place. I will try definitely to go back again.
